The Fritter Co.

If you plan to go the the St. Jacobs Farmers Market tomorrow, make sure you get in the Apple Fritter line EARLY. If you end up getting there by 11 AM – 12 PM, you may be stuck in the line for about 45 minutes. If you’re like me and decide to go at those times anyway, I assure you, it is well worth the wait. Sliced apples coated with batter, deep fried, then coated with cinnamon sugar makes it the best breakfast ever…

Also coming up this weekend – today is also the beginning of Culture Days. At The Conrad Centre of Performing Arts is Round:About / Pluralism in Performance, which begins at 8pm. There will be music and theatrical performances inspired by many different cultures, and, it’s a free event.

In Wellesley is the Apple Butter and Cheese Festival.

Also on Sunday at Victoria Park is The Word on the Street Festival.
